Our story began on April 25th 2015 with Unite Gym opening its doors to the public.
Unite Gym, based in Ahoghill, was founded by Coaching4Christ as part of its vision to reach lives within the community and to provide a friendly affordable service to help make a difference in people’s health, fitness and lifestyle.
Our dedicated team under the supervision of Gym Co-ordinator, Ali Colvin, are committed to help people achieve their own health and fitness goals and aim to cater for all members of the community with a honest, encouraging approach. Ali holds a diploma in Personal Training for over 10 years which includes – weight management and sports nutrition; resistance and cardio training; client lifestyle and body composition assessments.

Ali is committed to providing a professional, personal and productive service offering a comprehensive and fun approach to Health; Fitness and Lifestyle needs.
He is interested in amalgamating his fitness knowledge to bring in new ideas on exercises and fitness classes in the fitness industry. He also likes spending time with family and friends.

Jo believes that we all have the potential to be stronger, healthier and enjoy life. She believes that training is an important aspect to realising this potential, enabling us to achieve our goals.
Having trained consistently for the past 10 years, she is passionate about life and just wants to share her enthusiasm and knowledge with everyone to motivate them to create a stronger foundation in life.
Jo is currently qualified as a Level 2 in Fitness Instructor and will be furthering her knowledge in Level 3 Personal Training both with the YMCA
