Unite Aerobics:
The fast-paced, explosive aerobic workout that will leave you upbeat and ready for more.

Duration – 45 minutes
Exercise Type – Aerobic / dance style cardio
Intensity – Moderate to high-intensity
Burn Rate – Up to 580 calories
Results – Improves heart and lung fitness, agility and co-ordination, increases strength and endurance. Burns lots of calories for a leaner body, tones and shapes the body.

Unite Sculpt:
The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. Together we are Stronger

Duration – 45 minutes
Exercise Type – Weights-based resistance training Intensity – Moderate to high intensity
Burn Rate – Up to 620 calories
Results – Increases strength and endurance, tones and shapes. Helps maintain bone health. Increases bone density – important for avoiding osteoporosis.

Unite Stretch & Tone: 
A gentle developing muscle lengthening -inspired workout which leaves you long, strong, calm and relaxed.

Duration – 80 minutes
Exercise Type – Stretching, Core Work, Body Alignment
Intensity Level – Low to moderate intensity
Burn Rate – Up to 400 calories
Results – Improves joint flexibility and range of motion, tones and shapes, enhances mental well-being. Increases core strength, reduces stress levels.
